這次改編的是東方天空璋魔王「摩多羅隱岐奈」的主題曲。東方Project系列的魔王曲就是：鼓點奇怪，樂句線更奇怪。樂句畫法是按照原曲所畫，不但很短、斷點也與正常曲子不同。
改編契機是第92小節旋律有被用在現場彈奏的東方組曲中，詳見：LINK
一個月前開始聽原曲，那激烈的開頭、魔鬼般的鋼琴，觸動了改編的想法，因此兩週完成了整首改編。
43到49小節雙手交叉彈奏，請運用踏板讓和弦延續，就不怕雙手打架。請注意踏板的運用，何時要踩一半、何時要全踩，請按照譜上指示，避免聲音糊成一團。
