中文名稱是月與海的搖籃曲，想起小町月海以前撫養沙羅時哄她睡覺時唱出此曲。
作曲者是阿保剛，改編上將豎琴放到左手，鋼琴部份保留。
第29小節以後，原曲加入更多樂器，包括弦樂、鼓、貝斯。
然而為了讓整首歌聽起來舒服，只有將左手第一個音變成八度，達到貝斯的效果。
右手也稍微做了點變化。
是一手讓人安詳容易入眠的曲子。
